Mention in the Event Programme, on the website and our Twitter and Facebook accounts (optional)
Remember, no experience is necessary and full safety equipment will be provided for your use on the day. It is also possible to sponsor a boat without entering a rowing team, for the same donation of £350, just contact us for details.
Entry and Sponsorship Forms will be linked here when the next event is announced. All rules, safety and acknowledgement of risk forms will also be provided.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for this event - this is a great opportunity for you to support the local community and raise money for some very worthy causes.
Sponsorship opportunities range from support for any of the activities, including events on the day. You could put up a specific prize for a heat or other races (not including the final).
There are some great packages available for our sponsors, ranging from free adverts in the events programme to web advertising, PR and email campaigns. Please contact us us to discuss this further.
Please note, sponsorship donations can give substantial tax benefits for both individuals and companies. Under the Gift Aid Scheme for example, higher-rate tax payers can get about £70 off their own tax bill for a single £300 donation. The Charity will also receive an extra £84 from the Inland Revenue making their benefit £384 at a cost to you of £230. Companies will also be able to reduce their tax bill at their own particular rate.
Become a stall holder, exhibitor or provide a display
If you would like to be a part of an event, whether it be a refreshments stand, charity tombola, performers or a display/exhibition, please let us know. All suggestions welcome as we truly want each event to be a day to remember.
Come along as a spectator
Entry to the Dragon Boat Festival site is free, but donations on the day would be greatly appreciated. The events and entertainment are also free of charge, so come along, bring all your family and friends and enjoy the day.
